Halvah is a simple whole food snack, that reaches back to Old World Persia. Our recipe honors this ancient treat, while utilizing a most abundant and local to us sweetener; maple syrup. Our halvah has been years in the making, but we have finally achieved the flaky/creamy, sweet/salty, maple imbued halvah we dreamed of, using only FOUR ingredients. Organic sesame tahini, pure Vermont maple syrup, natural vanilla, and sea salt. That's it!


This beautifully simple treat is an amazing energy source, and is free of gluten, grains, dairy, and refined sugar.

 We choose to create this halvah without the use of additives, emulsifiers, stabilizers, or preservatives. Just pure, unadulterated magic in each small batch, crafted with pride in the Green Mountains of Vermont. Holy Halvah will happily keep in a cool spot or the fridge for months.

We are devoted to our craft, and to using simple real food ingredients. Each small batch is made by hand, by us!
